We primarily respond to support requests during weekday mornings (CST), while we remain available to address emails during the rest of the day as much as possible. Although we strive not to work on weekends, we may occasionally respond to urgent requests.

Priority Support​

We are committed to providing support to all of our users. However, existing customers are given priority. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please log in to the TWS Member Portal, where your email will be pre-filled. If you’re not logged in, please make sure to include your registered email or mention it in your request. This will help us prioritize your support request and get you to the top of the queue.
