Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to excel in achieving and surpassing personal monthly and annual sales targets. To accomplish this, you’ll employ your exceptional account management, new business development, and sales skills.


  • Ensure the monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting qualified clients.
  • Maximize opportunities afforded by’s existing clients.
  • Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
  • Represent Company values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers, and Colleagues.
  • Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues globally are excellent and allow to deliver world-beating service.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity, and Professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to quote requests, adhering to company procedures.
  • Efficiently utilize company order processing and CRM systems following established procedures.
  • Drive new business development through various channels, including outbound clients in the US, generated leads, referrals, and personal connections.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients, delivering outstanding service and support.
  • Work towards monthly KPIs to ensure the achievement of sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of relevant information for each order, maintaining agreed-upon standards.
  • Engage with the wider team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Proactively identify prospects and refer leads to when appropriate.

Salary & Benefits: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.


  • Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrable sales success within technologies or software products.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone and e-mail.
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
  • General higher education or sales training and qualifications.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Home office with a computer capable of producing created content and internet access.
